Therefore, the USCIS no longer accepts the new application, but still accepts the other H-1B case.<\/p>\n<p>The annual cap on H-1B category is 65,000, and another 20,000 places to give the expatriates received a master&#8217;s or higher degree. According to the USCIS, until June 7, 2012, 20,000 master&#8217;s H-1B quota has been exhausted. If the H-1B petitioner is higher education, related or affiliated non-profit organization, non-profit research institutions, government research institutions, it is not subject to the quota restrictions.
