２０１０年１１月２３日移民申請費要漲价
自２０１０年１１月２３日起，除入籍外， 移民局將提高平均 １０%的申請費。
另外，有６种申請將減价:
- 申請未婚來美者(Form I-129F)
- 申請非移民的延期／更改身份 (Form I-539)
- 從臨時受保護身份轉換永久居民(Form I-698)
- 家庭團聚 (Form I-817)
- 申請新公民紙 (Form N-565)
- 難民旅行證件(Form I-131)
